We are seeking a skilled Educational Psychologist to support local authorities in Hertfordshire during peak times. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £600 per day, out of scope from IR35.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist authorities in identifying, assessing, and reviewing young people with Additional Needs and their subsequent provision.
  • Provide consultation, advice, support, assessment, and intervention to schools and colleagues on the educational, psychological, social, emotional, and mental health needs of children and young people.
  • Support on a consistent basis, in line with the Local Authority's needs.
Working Environment:

You will be working in an integrated practice framework and as part of Integrated Services for Learning. This will involve sessions with young people, parents, carers, and families in diverse settings, providing robust, reflective, informed, and inclusive educational psychology support.

This is a face-to-face role with service users for assessments and WFH admin.

Requirements:
  • A professional doctorate or Master's in Educational Psychology, and HCPC Registration.
  • BPS membership.
