Candidate Profile

Education and Experience:

  • Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
  • Proven management experience is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
  • Proficient in managing guest relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
