Job Title: Passive Fire Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to join our team at RGE Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day management of our contracts, ensuring all KPIs and goals are met.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the effective day-to-day management of the contract
  • Carry out certification validation
  • Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service
  • Provide technical knowledge to the wider team
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience surveying and installing fire-stopping
  • Competent with Fire Door regulations
  • Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations
  • Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively
  • Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills
  • Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
  • Auditing works experience and signing off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation
