Job Title: Helpdesk Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Helpdesk team at Arcus Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15 Planners and Desk Agents to provide front-line support to our clients.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage team performance, setting goals and objectives to meet business targets.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet them.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of team leadership and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong self-motivation and a 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
