Helpdesk Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Helpdesk team at Arcus FM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 15 Planners and Desk Agents to provide exceptional front-line support to our clients.
The team will be responsible for receiving, processing, and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance work orders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and managing teams to achieve exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Helpdesk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a team management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
