About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Fishponds, working in our well-known estate agency, Taylors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and progress them through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
