Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle member and guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of club facilities, services, events, and local amenities.
  • Assist in the management of membership records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor and manage the reception budget, ensuring cost-effective practices without compromising service quality.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the Reception Manager or other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
  • Support the Reception Manager in various administrative duties and projects as required.
