We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a key member of our digital strategy team, you will be responsible for ensuring our online presence aligns with both local and international marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Shopify website platform to ensure performance, functionality, and usability are best in class.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the founder and other senior stakeholders to drive strategic customer acquisition and retention across SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, email, and affiliates.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing e-commerce growth strategies that have increased sales and profitability of a Shopify-based e-commerce channel.
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency to interpret traffic and sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in an agile environment with responsibility for key decision-making.
  • Strong technical skills with high-level proficiency in Shopify and a working familiarity with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Liquid).
