Ecommerce Manager

Solis Recruitment is partnering with a global consumer lifestyle and accessories brand to find an Ecommerce Manager to drive their digital sales strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team and developing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive digital sales and improve the online trading experience
- Lead a small team to achieve ecommerce goals and objectives
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize web content
- Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement promotional calendars and brand strategies
- Manage ecommerce integrations and functionality with the ERP system
- Act as the key point of contact for external web development agencies
- Conduct weekly and monthly reports and analysis to inform business decisions
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce
- Great leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team in an ecommerce setting
- Highly creative and analytical with a passion for innovation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
A competitive salary between £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience, hybrid working 2/3 days in the Central London offices, and a range of benefits including private medical insurance, employee discounts, training, holidays, and bonus opportunities.
