About the Role

Solis Recruitment is partnering with a global consumer lifestyle and accessories brand to find an Ecommerce Manager to drive their digital sales strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team and developing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive digital sales and improve the online trading experience
  • Lead a small team to achieve ecommerce goals and objectives
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize web content
  • Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement the online trading strategy
  • Manage new product processes and ecommerce integrations with the ERP system
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports to analyze digital marketing and ecommerce performance
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce
  • Great leadership skills with experience in managing a team in an ecommerce or digital marketing setting
  • Highly creative and analytical with a passion for innovation
  • Excellent time management and adaptability skills
