Job Overview

The individual will be accountable for the architecture, design, configuration, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of various M365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing the Power Platform, adhering to established methodologies and best practices. Collaborate with development teams and engage directly with clients to facilitate the adoption of cloud solutions through the Power Platform while providing technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing solutions with the Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with configuring and utilizing Microsoft Dataverse is advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps Test Studio or other testing solutions within the Power Platform.
  • Experience in configuring and utilizing various data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists).
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress management.
  • Experience with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.
  • Capability in configuring and deploying Power BI solutions.
  • Experience in developing and designing solutions on SharePoint Online is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in the design and delivery of enterprise-level Microsoft application solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint farm components, architecture, configuration, upgrades, and deployment of custom and third-party SharePoint solution packages, including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Comprehension of the SharePoint Platform and its core features, along with a working knowledge of SharePoint Services such as BCS, Search, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with C# & SQL programming (e.g., TSQL) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and source control methodologies is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
  • Understanding of MVC framework, common architectural patterns, and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance is required.
