About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Developer to join our team at Version 1. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Dynamics 365 Solutions: Work with our development teams and clients to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects: Engage with our technical leads and solution architects to ensure that our technical delivery aligns with solution design and project plans.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Continuously develop your knowledge of Dynamics 365 and related technologies to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
  • Liaise with Clients: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage Solutions through the Application Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of our Dynamics 365 solutions, from development to deployment and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Project Experience with Dynamics 365: Demonstrated experience developing solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform and core technologies.
  • Microsoft Stack Knowledge: Clear knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C#.Net for Plugins and custom workflows, and Integrations using.NET.
  • Dynamics 365 Applications Experience: Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales and Customer Service.
  • Business Process, Plugins, and Workflows Experience: Experience with Dynamics 365 business process, plugins, and workflows, including internal and Power Automate.
  • Migrations and Upgrades Experience: Experience with Dynamics 365 migrations and upgrades.
  • Testing Strategies and Tools Experience: Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Agile Methodologies and DevOps Experience: Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams.
  • Security Clearance Eligibility: Eligibility for Security Clearance.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Power Platform Experience: Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI.
  • Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS Experience: Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or third-party migration tools.
  • Microsoft 365 Platform Experience: Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • APIs and Third-Party Solutions Integration Experience: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with APIs or third-party solutions.
  • Non-Functional Requirements Experience: Good understanding and ability to demonstrate experience with Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Azure DevOps Experience: Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
  • Team Leadership and Enterprise Solutions Experience: Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services Experience: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services.
  • Microsoft Certifications: Any Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, and/or PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 series).
