Job Title: Business Analysis Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned improvement practitioner to join our fast-moving Procurement and Supply Chain team. As a Business Analysis Officer, you will lead functional improvements across processes, tools, and methodologies, enhancing overall efficiency and driving transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage tools improvement activities in support of Procurement and Supply Chain activities.
  • Create, publish and support the implementation of new policies and processes through training and communication to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
  • Provide ongoing functional support regarding the improvement / implementation of processes and tools.
  • Support the UK Procurement and Supply Chain identification, development, and implementation of functional improvement and transformation activities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our Procurement and Supply Chain function. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from process improvement to transformation initiatives, and will be supported by a team of experienced professionals.

Requirements:

  • Good analytical and presentation skills, able to distil analysis to a meaningful direction for the receiver (possible actions to be taken)
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to monitor and drive to completion
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ivalua would be an advantage

Working Arrangements:

We offer a flexible approach to onsite and remote working, typically 2-3 days a week on site.

Salary:

Up to £50,000 depending on experience
