Join our team at Mane Contract Services as a Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Procurement and Supply Chain team, where you will be responsible for leading functional improvements across processes, tools, and methodologies. Your primary goal will be to enhance overall efficiency and drive transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage tools improvement activities in support of Procurement and Supply Chain activities.
- Create, publish, and support the implementation of new policies and processes through training and communication to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Provide ongoing functional support regarding the improvement/implementation of processes and tools.
- Work with internal customers and manage solution suppliers to implement, improve, and deliver the Procurement & Supply Chain Domain strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, able to distil analysis to a meaningful direction for the receiver.
- Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to monitor and drive to completion.
- Knowledge of SAP and Ivalua would be an advantage.
As a Principal Business Solutions & Improvement Officer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive efficiency of procurement and supply chain system initiatives through ongoing measurement and evaluation of their impact.
- Plan, develop, and deliver training materials to support the implementation of system improvement projects.
- Project manage deliverables against plan and communicate across functions.
