**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at Ventula. As a key supplier of UK infrastructure, we require a professional to work closely with our stakeholders to simplify and standardise end-to-end business processes and improve business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a Continuous Improvement (CI) structured approach. This will involve working closely with the Head of Business Process Improvement to:
- Define and agree the approach, scope, and deliverables of each review, working closely with the relevant Business Process Owner/s and leadership team members.
- Plan and manage project activities to time and budget, liaising with internal/external stakeholders as necessary.
- Design and lead engaging cross-functional workshops as required.
- Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues, measuring process performance through data analysis, and quantifying improvement opportunities to support business prioritisation.
- Re/design end-to-end processes and define requirements to deliver the desired business outcome.
- Analyse costs and benefits of proposed changes to the business process to determine their overall impact on the organisation.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date and that they are bought into the change process, working closely with the Change Manager.
- Guide and manage the work of Business Process Analysts assigned to improvement reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree or equivalent professional certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar, and good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum). They will also have excellent stakeholder management skills, experience of effectively engaging to drive change, and substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardisation and optimisation.
