Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for creating and documenting business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading change initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, ensuring compliance with company methodology.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalization, and automation, and prioritize initiatives based on effort and impact.
  • Facilitate cross-functional change initiatives, leading projects to increase process automation, eliminate waste, and reduce risk.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, collecting requirements and prioritizing development projects.
  • Assess and document process control effectiveness, agreeing on action plans for improvement and devising reporting mechanisms.
  • Manage projects related to process improvement, collaborating with departments and outsourced partners to produce project documentation and communicate changes.
  • Work with stakeholders to inform the development of business applications to automate the management of outsourced relationships.
  • Measure process control effectiveness, investigating areas of poor control and prioritizing improvements to reduce risk.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in process management, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in process mapping and process improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Established process management qualification, such as Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
  • Higher classification university degree, preferably in business or analytical subject.
  • Advanced insurance qualifications or significant progress towards them.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, PowerBI, Power Apps, and Process Mapping Software.
