Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

**Job Summary:**

We are partnering with a Housing Association in Trowbridge to recruit an HR Advisor on a temporary, 2-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Adviser to support managers through the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with our policy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Advising on employee relations cases, including absences, capability, disciplinaries, and grievances.
* Coaching managers on the ER process to ensure thoroughness, transparency, and fairness.
* Guiding managers through investigations and writing comprehensive reports.
* Preparing template letters, scripts, and documents to support ER cases.
* Supporting sensitive exits, which may involve settlement agreements.
* Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.

**Working Arrangements:**

* 37 hours/week
* Flexible and Hybrid working (4 days WFH)

**Requirements:**

* Recent experience in HR is essential.
