Key Responsibilities- Support the Quality and Service Improvement Manager and other members of the quality team in maintaining our quality management system.
- Assist with setting up trials and preparing for external audits and inspections.
- Work collaboratively with the wider cancer management team to ensure service objectives are achieved in a timely fashion.
- Collate and analyse complex information to produce reports and presentations for a wide variety of audiences.
- Relevant training or experience in quality management.
- Knowledge of governance processes, including incident management and risk assessment.
- Experience of supporting internal and external audits, education, development, and training.
- Experience in compiling and implementing policies and procedures that support service improvement.
- Knowledge of clinical aspects of Stem Cell Transplant or Cellular Therapies.
- Experience in a regulated healthcare setting, with at least 1 year of quality or project management experience.
