Health and Safety Professional

Blackfox Solutions is working with a leading Civil Engineering and Construction company based in Northern Ireland to find a skilled Health and Safety Manager.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of management plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's Integrated Management System.
- Investigate non-conformances, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Review and assess suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain plant and equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Coordinate staff health assessments and promote a positive health and safety culture.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure effective communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar health and safety role.
- NEBOSH certification or an IOSH-accredited degree in Environmental Health.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to promote health and safety.
