Interim Financial Controller Opportunity

A high-growth financial services business based near Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to provide financial oversight for new acquisitions. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for ensuring effective financial controls are in place and providing financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust financial controls
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to the Head of Finance for group consolidated reporting
  • Support the M&A team with M&A Integration and Completion Accounts
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to provide financial insights and inform long-term and short-term decision-making
  • Work with the auditors to provide necessary information for group audit
  • Support the CFO in the annual budgeting round and reforecasting process
  • Manage business unit cash flow, including cash flow forecasting
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • M&A / Integration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
