Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our excellent care team at Vocation Care, specializing in domiciliary care in North London. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of care services to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with owners and managers to coordinate service development and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in care planning and conduct risk assessments to ensure the well-being of clients.
  • Perform quality assurance visits, manage complaints, and handle incidents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive culture aligned with the company's ethos and values, providing inspirational leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and office staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, and care plan reviews to ensure the highest standards of care.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Extensive care experience with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience as a carer or support worker looking to advance to the next career level.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of Care Standards regulations.
  • Skills or experience in conducting care assessments and planning.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.
