Overnight Residential Support Worker

Children Assisted in a Real Environment Ltd is seeking an experienced Overnight Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential care home for children and young people.
We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Difficulties (LD). Our focus is on empowering each child to reach their full potential through individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children throughout the night
- Assist with bedtime routines and provide comfort as needed
- Conduct regular checks on the children and maintain accurate records of observations
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized living environment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with children and young people (Previously NVQ Level 3) or working towards it
- Minimum of one year of experience working with EBD in a residential setting for children
- A genuine commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care
