**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Performance Manager to join our team at Fastmarkets Group. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and present comprehensive sales performance reports to executive management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategic recommendations to capitalize on these findings.
  3. Enhance visibility for the commercial leadership team regarding potential risks and opportunities in revenue forecasts, ensuring that the business is well-positioned to meet its targets.
  4. Lead the forecasting process, working closely with sales teams to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
  5. Oversee adjustments to sales targets, quotas, and territories, ensuring that these changes are aligned with business objectives.
  6. Act as the primary Salesforce support contact, escalating complex issues to the relevant team and ensuring that data integrity is maintained.
  7. Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and implement training programs, ensuring that sales teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  8. Maintain the role of Salesforce data steward, actively monitoring pipeline integrity and ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  9. Execute, plan, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews, creating templates and ensuring that sessions are action-oriented and insightful.
  10. Support the Commission Optimization team in calculating sales compensation and suggesting enhancements to optimize revenue growth.
  11. Scrutinize pricing exceptions and discount discipline to safeguard profit margins and ensure that the business is maximizing revenue.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in Financial Services, Fintech, Technology, or B2B sectors.
  2. Proficiency in using and optimizing Revenue software tools such as Salesforce and various sales and marketing automation platforms.
  3. Experience in creating advanced dashboards and reports, and maintaining data cleanliness.
  4. Proficient in Excel, including the use of vlookup functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and other advanced features.
  5. Proficient in Salesforce reporting and strong understanding of relational databases.
