Position Overview:

As the Guest Services Supervisor, you will showcase exceptional leadership abilities and a proven history of achieving results through your team.

Your responsibilities will encompass Reception, Guest Relations, and Night Operations, while collaborating closely with all other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will be dedicated to providing a world-class guest experience and will take the initiative in training and developing your team.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
• Experience in delivering training in accordance with company standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Capability to set and achieve standards while operating to performance metrics
• Positive attitude towards learning and identifying personal training needs
• Self-motivated, capable of making decisions and adapting to sudden operational changes
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
