Job Title: Agile Delivery Director

Netcompany is seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Director to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large technology and business change projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and plan sprints, leveraging Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including management, team members, and customers, to ensure effective communication and trust.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Contribute to a wider community of professionals, providing knowledge sharing, support, and mentorship to junior members of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects within project and program management roles, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in leading large technology and business change projects, with a strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in managing projects in excess of £1M.
  • Knowledge of Azure technologies and a good understanding of Access and Identity Management.
