We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Agile Delivery Director to lead our project delivery function at Alscient Limited.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of Delivery Managers to deliver quality outcomes for our clients. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the client's/Alscient's expectations, with a keen focus on quality.

The ideal candidate will have a broad technology background with an understanding of cloud technologies and the delivery challenges they bring. They will also have experience mentoring and supporting delivery team members, as well as a flexible, can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of Delivery Managers to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the client's/Alscient's expectations, with a keen focus on quality.
  3. Manage delivery team members, including Business Analysts and Developers.
  4. Be a team player, with a proven ability to negotiate and drive consensus, whilst promoting good communication within the team.
  5. Ensure the solution is architecturally sound, well designed, is a good technical fit and of the required quality.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5+ years experience in IT solution delivery.
  2. Broad technology background with an understanding of cloud technologies and the delivery challenges they bring.
  3. Experience mentoring and supporting delivery team members.
  4. A flexible, can-do approach.
Desired Skills/Experience
  1. Comfortable providing presales support including the analysis of client requirements, establishing a baseline solution, development and presentation of proposals.
  2. Experience of delivering software development projects in a consultancy environment.
