Agile Delivery Director

Netcompany is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver exceptional solutions to clients. As a key member of our Application Development unit, you will work on a variety of projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proven track record of delivering complex projects within project and program management roles, achieving real business outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.

* History of leading large technology and business change projects, scoping overall project deliverables, and timeframes to work within.

* Fully conversant on Agile and SCRUM ways of working, following methodologies to drive project success.

* Collaborate and lead with DevOps teams to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and plan sprints, excelling in writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.

* Continuously iterate on the product through feedback loops, user testing, and experimentation to improve usability and drive growth.

* Work closely with PMO to ensure governance and quality assurance is enforced where required.

* Have a good understanding of Azure technologies and knowledge of Access and Identity Management would be beneficial.

* Extensive experience in delivering complex projects within project and program management roles, with stakeholder management experience.

* Knowledge of Software delivery lifecycle, with a hybrid working model and occasional travel.

* Ability to communicate clearly to management, team members, and customers about project, program, and business matters, building trust and creating strong relationships.

* Financial management of projects in excess of £1M, including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.

* Contributed to a wider community of professionals, providing knowledge sharing, support, and mentorship to more junior members of the organisation to improve their effectiveness.
