Our Agile Delivery Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams using Agile delivery frameworks and methodologies in a complex environment.

  • Delivery Leadership: You will lead multiple teams using Agile delivery frameworks and methodologies in a complex environment.
  • Agile Coaching: You will adopt a coaching approach around the adoption of Agile principles and techniques, supporting individuals, teams, and leaders.
  • Mentoring: You will identify skills gaps and transfer knowledge around Agile principles and techniques through mentoring.
  • Risks and Issues: You will manage risks and issues to delivery, escalating where necessary, ensuring appropriate ownership of anything raised, and completion of actionable tasks.
  • Managing Dependencies: You will manage multiple dependencies across different workstreams, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting the team(s).
  • Managing Stakeholders: You will effectively manage stakeholders at all levels across an organization and help them understand Agile delivery.
  • Releases: You will understand client governance and change management processes to manage and support releases.
  • Frameworks: You will have exposure to or experience working within different Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and SAFe.

  • Leadership: You will show effective leadership and help drive wider business initiatives.
  • Project Tracking: You will track and forecast commercials at the project level where required.
