Job Summary:

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log high-volume calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Source and negotiate solutions to resolve complex customer cases, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor the quality of customer interactions and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support the Help Desk team in providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with customers.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a logical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and improving service delivery.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
