Key Responsibilities- Supporter Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supporters, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and effective responses to supporter inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Supporter Experience team to identify opportunities for improving supporter engagement and retention.
- Income Processing and Database Management
- Process and manage donations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Update and maintain supporter information on our database, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure seamless processing of donations and other financial transactions.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data protection and gift aid regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure that our supporter services meet the highest standards.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters and colleagues.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
