In this exciting role, you will be working within the prison services sector, responsible for the safe and secure custody of prisoners. Your key responsibilities will include managing prisoners who are at risk of self-harm, conducting prisoner headcounts, and ensuring the secure operation of prison cells.

You will also have the opportunity to earn approximately £37,800 including overtime, and progress into operational management positions with salaries ranging from £36,000 to £42,000.

You will also have the opportunity to work within a team of 50,000 people responsible for delivering essential public services around the world.

* To work within a 24/7 environment, covering shifts on days, evenings, weekends, nights, and bank holidays
