Job Title: Branded Content Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Branded Content Lead to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality content that supports our business objectives and enhances our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of content creators to produce high-quality content that meets our brand standards and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with our commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain our content pipeline to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to inform future content decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a financial services or healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and customer experience principles.
