Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management: Manage executive and board-level meetings to ensure effective decision-making at the highest level. This includes planning agendas, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating logistics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regulatory FPPR assessments for key stakeholders to maintain compliance with legal requirements, upholding the hospital's commitment to governance excellence.
- Reporting and Policy Development: Draft and review reports and policies in alignment with governance standards, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Logistics and Administration: Organize logistics for meetings, arrange rooms and hospitality, and provide administrative support to the Chief Executive's Office and Executive Team.
