Westland Horticulture, a leading market player in gardening categories, is seeking a highly creative and entrepreneurial Senior Brand Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for brands and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic marketing plans. They will be responsible for overseeing multiple brands across various categories, collaborating with technical, design, and commercial teams to identify new product opportunities, and developing marketing materials to enhance brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities
  • Creating marketing materials to enhance brand awareness
  • Managing consumer communication and customer marketing comms
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Category

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience in brand management or product marketing
  • FMCG product range preferred
  • Experience in marketing through all aspects, including new product development and through-the-line media communication
  • Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, and marketing program development
