Job DescriptionSenior Brand Manager
We are seeking a highly creative and entrepreneurial Senior Brand Manager to join our team. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple brands across various categories, driving business growth, and developing strategic marketing plans.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and develop product concepts.
- Manage and deliver all consumer communication across the brands, including packaging, literature, advertising, promotions, and POS materials.
- Oversee all relevant customer marketing communications to improve brand awareness and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of growing brands, identifying growth opportunities, and executing against strategic growth plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance management data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills.
