Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly creative and entrepreneurial Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Westland Horticulture Ltd, a leading branded consumer horticultural business in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management or product marketing, with experience in developing strategic marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with technical, design, and commercial teams to identify new product opportunities and quantify commercial benefits
  • Manage and deliver consumer communication across the brand portfolio
  • Oversee customer marketing communications to improve brand awareness
  • Monitor and review sales and marketing commercial activity and results

Requirements:

  • Brand management or product marketing background (4-5 years) with FMCG product range experience
  • Experience in marketing through all aspects, including new product development, media communication, and strategic direction
  • Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, customer insights, marketing program development, and project planning
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage P&L
