We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Student Attendance Coordinator.

At Foxford Community School, we are dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of our students, placing their needs at the forefront of our mission. You will become part of a dynamic team committed to fostering exceptional learning opportunities for every student.

As a member of the Castle Phoenix Trust, you will have access to numerous professional development opportunities. We take pride in creating a workplace where every individual feels valued and energized, regardless of their career stage.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual to assist the school in maintaining high educational standards through effective leadership and collaboration. You will possess outstanding communication and organizational abilities, providing essential support to all students and their families, particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing and sustaining student attendance, ensuring they can fully benefit from their educational journey.

Collaborating closely with the Deputy Headteacher and the Welfare and Pastoral Team, you will be instrumental in supporting students whose educational progress is hindered by attendance issues.

This position offers a unique chance to gain invaluable experience in a progressive environment, allowing you to apply your skills while working alongside various stakeholders in a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

We seek candidates with excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills, a discreet and professional demeanor, and the ability to prioritize effectively and make informed decisions. You will align with the Trust's core values, which emphasize Respect for All, alongside demonstrating a positive attitude, initiative, and teamwork.

Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate evening meetings with colleagues or families. The successful candidate will need to provide their own transportation for work-related travel.

This rewarding role offers extensive developmental opportunities, including a comprehensive induction program and a commitment to your ongoing professional development. We provide a range of benefits, including participation in the local government pension scheme, a cycle-to-work program, free parking, and initiatives focused on staff wellbeing and recognition.

We will capitalize on your strengths and can offer you:

A variety of benefits, including a cycle-to-work scheme, free parking, and an employee discount program. A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives. An annual Support Staff Conference for all Support Staff across the Trust.

We take pride in being part of Castle Phoenix Trust, which fosters collaboration among colleagues and leaders, access to effective professional development, and opportunities for career advancement. The Trust is dedicated to investing in and developing all staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students, who deserve the highest quality education. Our Trust values, including Respect for All, Innovation, and Collaboration, are fundamental to our mission.

Foxford Community School boasts excellent facilities and a commitment to continuous improvement. If you possess the passion and determination to contribute meaningfully to our team, we encourage you to explore this opportunity further.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All positions are subject to a satisfactory response to a police records check.
