Position Overview: In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Design Engineer within the Connections and Projects team, based in our Crawley office. Your primary focus will be to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction while achieving quality, safety, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries regarding the connection, diversion, or modification of network assets.
- Process applications related to SmartConnect and G99.
- Enhance your expertise in network evaluation, connection point analysis, pricing strategies, and work package development.
