Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist course participants at our headquarters, establishing a friendly and professional rapport with clients.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update the quotation and purchase tracking spreadsheet.
  • Generate client quotations efficiently.
  • Coordinate course bookings with relevant awarding bodies.
  • Assist with course bookings via email and our customer relationship management system.
  • Review and verify course documentation as per established guidelines.
  • Ensure trainers receive all necessary materials and information for effective course delivery.
  • Prepare training contracts and manage training material inventory.
  • Set up training rooms, ensuring all resources and welfare facilities are adequately supplied.
  • Secure the premises at the end of each day.
  • Organize meetings at headquarters, ensuring appropriate facilities and refreshments are available.
  • Assist in the closure of course files, including scanning confirmation letters and archiving in the correct files.
  • Support filing and documentation processes.
  • Help in the creation of ad-hoc certificates.
  • Facilitate the scanning of course-related documents.
  • Assist in completing course result documentation.
  • Support in delegate evaluations and agent analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety training and the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
