About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Sales Support team as a Customer Support Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Input all orders daily, ensuring they are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Liaise with the Sales teams to validate order information and provide updates to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete administrative tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
