Our client is a prominent multi-service provider in the UK Facilities management sector.
They are seeking to appoint a Regional Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning activities across multiple small format convenience locations.
The Regional Cleaning Operations Manager will be accountable for the management of cleaning services in the delivery of cleaning solutions to over 30 small format convenience outlets.
- The Regional Cleaning Operations Manager will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Weekly Store Service Evaluations are met to established standards, taking corrective measures as necessary.
- To recruit and effectively train all Cleaning personnel in the region to ensure that additional team members are recruited and trained in accordance with the hiring process.
- To manage regional and store expenditures within budgetary constraints while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Conduct weekly and monthly cleaning assessments.
- Experience in managing cleaning across multiple sites.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.
- Background in cleaning within the food retail or small format retail sectors.
- Competent in IT, particularly in the use of Excel, Word, and Email.
This role is full-time, permanent, and requires 40 hours of work per week, typically spanning six days from Monday to Saturday.
Candidates must possess a full and valid driving license and be willing to travel as part of their daily responsibilities.
An immediate start is available.
