Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance across a diverse range of technologies for both SMB and Enterprise clients.
- Resolve issues promptly while adhering to service level agreements.
- Manage and maintain internal IT systems.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and clients to create technically sound proposals.
- Participate in IT project implementations from initial planning to final execution.
- Document all support interactions in the ticket management system.
- Monitor support queues proactively and respond efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
- Uphold best practices in cybersecurity and network security.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications.
- Engage with third-party vendors to resolve customer issues as needed.
- Prepare hardware for delivery, including OS imaging and security applications.
- Travel to client locations to resolve escalated support cases.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory, Server OS.
- Understanding of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and advanced protection.
- Networking skills: configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Cloud technologies: 365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Management for device configuration.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Experience with backup solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Support experience for both Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Flexibility in work hours, including participation in an extended support rota.
- A genuine interest in enterprise-grade infrastructure technology is essential.
- Experience in supporting a variety of information technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certification in Azure or 365.
- Cisco Certification.
- CompTIA Certification.
