Reed Secure is a leading provider of recruitment solutions for security cleared professionals, offering a range of services including permanent, contract, temporary, and outsourced recruitment.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team in Lancashire Constabulary, based in Hutton HQ. This is an interim position for an initial 3-6 months, with the potential to be extended dependent on workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient and effective administration of the Constabulary's fleet and the Fleet Management Tranman system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure vehicle availability is maximized.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work in partnership with other departments, agencies, and external customers to ensure effective administration and management of the fleet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workloads to meet deadlines and tight timelines.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Software Applications, including MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Promote and comply with our obligations under the Equality Act 2010, Data Protection, and Health & Safety legislation in the delivery of service and the treatment of others.
