Lead Care Facilitator – Competitive Hourly Rate


Typical Working Hours: Three shifts per week, 07:30 - 19:30, including alternate weekends.

As a Lead Care Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for those we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our management team in overseeing our care services. This role is set within a supportive and friendly environment, working alongside a dynamic team committed to assisting a wonderful group of individuals.

Your responsibilities will include empowering individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily activities while assisting the Manager with the operational oversight of the service. Duties may involve scheduling shifts, coordinating training sessions, onboarding new team members, providing supervision, managing medication orders, and supporting individuals in financial management. You will remain focused on the core mission of providing essential daily support.

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, whether by fostering confidence in colleagues or helping individuals gain the independence necessary to achieve their personal goals.

We seek Lead Care Facilitators who possess both the relevant experience and the right values. Therefore, candidates should have prior experience in a similar role, particularly with individuals facing challenges such as autism, acquired brain injuries, and behavioral difficulties.
