Lead Care Support Specialist

Compensation: £12.91 per hour

Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 7:45 AM - 8:45 PM

We are seeking a Lead Care Support Specialist who is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we assist. You will play a vital role in our management team. We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional Lead Care Support Specialist to help us oversee our residential service.

This service provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, supported by a dynamic team dedicated to a wonderful group of individuals.

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will empower individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily activities while assisting the Manager with the daily oversight and administration of the service. Responsibilities may include scheduling shifts, coordinating training, onboarding new staff, supporting with supervision, managing medication orders, and helping individuals manage their finances. You will always keep in mind the core reason for your role, as our Leads are integral to delivering daily support.

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on the lives of others, whether by fostering confidence in our colleagues or helping those we support gain independence to achieve their personal goals.

We value both the right experience and the right principles in our Lead Care Support Specialists. Therefore, we require that our Leads have prior experience in a similar role and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, and challenging backgrounds.
