We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Woodbury Park, a premier golf resort located in Devon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services to members and visitors.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Uphold brand standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and excellence in all aspects of the business.
  • Support the delivery of capital projects, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the resort.

Requirements

  • Three years' experience in management or a supervisory position in a leisure facility, golf resort, or hotel.
  • Polished leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on management style, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to live or relocate to the Exeter area in Devon.
