Position Overview: Are you equipped with a background in building surveying and property maintenance, particularly within a Housing Association or Local Authority? If you possess the skills to elevate your role and have a solid understanding of Schedule of Rates and measurement techniques, you may find a rewarding opportunity as a Junior Building Surveyor at Peabody.

Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of our operational team, you will contribute to the effective delivery of Peabody's repair, maintenance, and property services. Your role will involve assisting in the management of daily operations and significant repairs, addressing disrepair issues, handling void properties, and supporting planned preventative maintenance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Building Surveyors to ensure operational excellence in your designated area.

Essential Knowledge: A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and relevant legislation is crucial. You will also play a role in overseeing a variety of contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance indicators.
