Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.50, with opportunities for career progression.
  • A 40-hour weekly contract, with flexibility to work on the floor and occasional weekends.
  • Annual leave entitlement, with the option to purchase additional leave.

  • Uniform provided, with the option to purchase additional uniform items.
  • Onsite parking, with the option to purchase additional parking permits.
