Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience when interacting with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture for their needs, using your knowledge of our products and services to make informed recommendations.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are up-to-date with the latest products and services.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
