Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience when interacting with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture for their needs, using our exclusive chair fitting service.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are delivered to specification.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as required.
